CNC71 Adjustable short shifter kit universal - mounting to the body

We present our Short Shifter. This is especially suitable for the BMW E30, E36, E46, but can also be used for swaps in other models with BMW gearboxes. The basic dimensions are a diameter of 114mm and a selector pin with a diameter of 10mm. Made of PA6 aluminum with CNC machines, with attention to dimensional repeatability and the achieved surface. The entire construction is protected against oxidation through the cataphoresis process. This is a paint layer applied via the phenomenon of electrophoresis. The throw of the lever is short and reliable, and can also be adjusted using the lower shift rod. The lever operates on a spherical bearing, and the selector is connected to the Shifter via a bronze bushing. No modifications to the body are required. The installation of the unit is very simple, but requires safe support of the vehicle; details can be found in the instructions supplied with the Shifter. Due to the use of aluminum, the weight is around 1.5 kg. Two types of control knobs available: black ball or black elongated ball.
