Instead of the original rubber bushings, polyurethane bushings with a hardness of 90Sha have been used, specially adapted for motorsport use. The control arm is attached via a ball bearing. Thanks to the adjustment range in "+" and "–", the CNC71 Motorsport control arm for the Nissan 350Z offers optimal grip of the vehicle on the driven axle. The total adjustment range is approximately 30 mm (from 280 mm to 310 mm), of which it can be shortened by 20 mm or extended by 10 mm compared to the original control arm (300 mm).

The upper control arm mainly adjusts the camber angle of the wheel. Full adjustment is only possible by using the complete set of rear suspension arms from CNC71 Motorsport for the Nissan 350Z.
