Front suspension kit for BMW E46 - PRO KIT CNC71 The PRO KIT CNC71 front suspension kit is specially designed for the BMW E46. This kit guarantees an increase in steering angle up to 70 degrees, changes the characteristics (value) of the Ackermann angle, and allows for quick adjustments without the need to remove components. The geometry has been carefully designed using kinematic simulations and analyzed and tested by drivers from the Drift Masters series. Recommended basic settings – for individual adjustment by the driver: Camber: -4 degrees Caster: 4.5 degrees Toe: 0 degrees In addition, the kit includes: Reduction of KPI (Kingpin Inclination) Possibility to adjust static camber (mounting angle of the damper on the knuckle) Increase in roll center (adjustable) Reduction of bump steer (adjustable) Camber adjustment Caster adjustment The kit widens the vehicle by 7.5 cm per side. The kit fits perfectly into the original suspension mounts on the vehicle's chassis and complies with the regulations for drifting series. The product is manufactured from high-quality steel and aluminum using precise CNC machines. The kit includes control arms, steering rack spacers, upper damper mounts, knuckles with all necessary hardware, and an installation manual. Individual components of the kit are protected by powder coating or galvanization. The use of spherical bearings eliminates the need for rubber bushings, which ensures a more direct and responsive driving experience on the track. NOTE: The compatible wheel size range with the kit is between 17" and 19" (inches), with the condition that the inner diameter of the wheel must not be smaller than 405 mm. The kit is designed to work with BMW E90 front hubs – these must be purchased separately.
