ARTICLE 2 — APPLICABILITY
These general terms and conditions apply to every offer from TuningFreaks.eu and to every distance contract concluded between the trader and the consumer.
ARTICLE 3 — THE OFFER
All offers are without obligation. TuningFreaks.eu reserves the right to modify the offer.
ARTICLE 4 — PRICES
All prices are in euros and include 21% VAT unless stated otherwise. Shipping costs are calculated separately and clearly stated before checkout.
ARTICLE 5 — THE CONTRACT
The contract is concluded when the consumer accepts the offer and meets the conditions set.
ARTICLE 6 — RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
In accordance with EU Directive 2011/83/EU, the consumer has the right to withdraw within 14 calendar days of receiving the product, without giving any reason. The product must be returned unused and in original packaging. Return shipping costs are always at the customer's expense.
ARTICLE 7 — PAYMENT
Payment is made via the payment methods offered on the website (Visa, Mastercard, Bancontact). All payments are securely processed via Stripe.
ARTICLE 8 — DELIVERY
Delivery is subject to availability. Stated delivery times are indicative.
ARTICLE 9 — CONFORMITY AND WARRANTY
The legal warranty period is 2 years under Belgian consumer law.
ARTICLE 10 — LIABILITY
TuningFreaks.eu is not liable for damage resulting from incorrect use or installation of delivered products.
ARTICLE 11 — FORCE MAJEURE
In case of force majeure, TuningFreaks.eu is not obliged to fulfill its obligations.
